The thing I noticed first was that the left side of his head is a bit flat. You might want to bring out the curve just a little more so you see the outline of his skull and where his hair leaves the scalp. Otherwise it looks like his hair is very flat and molded to the shape of his head.
Other than that, it looks very good. Might try something other than pen next time so you can polish it up a bit.

OK, I've got some character designs I sketched out like, REALLY fast for an RP I joined a few days ago. First I've got just the ink drawings themselves, and then I have where I used photoshop to color them in some and touch 'em up a bit.

This is my character, named Camille Estral. I had a bit of a problem with her right hand, and the proportions on her right arm. d: howellz.

Mask

Here's her mask. Yes, I realize it's not symmetrical. It was really late when I was drawing this, and I decided screw it, it looks good enough. d: and YES, it is colored in crayon, which is my new medium for when I can't find my pack of colored pencils.

And now...I have them colored and touched up...a bit...in photoshop. Not much, my compy time has been limited lately.

Charrie's posture is very nicely drawn with this twist and turn thing going on. I think maybe you just need to leave more space for the forehead?

To make the mask exactly symmetrical, you can actually use photoshop to copy one side of the mask and then flip it horizontally. Then.....tadaa! You get totally symmetrical mask.
