They used to be in the menu when you first go to post. At the very bottom. but i think that feature was disabled. O_O for some reason..

You removed them?

They were disabled because, well, as Usaki Ikasu mentioned, they were unsightly. They also were random and contributed as much content to the thread as this smiley does: sweeeet.gif
