OMG Guys I'm so excited!! I now have 2 pics that I have drawn to show you all. Please critique and give any advice you wish, or compliments are greatly appreciated! This is my first time displaying my art on the internets


This was drawn while I was bored, in a hotel. The Image speaks for itself.



this was drawn from a horror drawing book. I turned the book upside down, as well as my notepad, and copied it from the bottom of the page up. The technique was introduced to me by means of an artist's book, which claims that by copying a picture this way, you are not focusing on the lines, but the spaces in between. It works well for me, I suggest you all try it.




Both drawings are light in pencil for sketch only purposes, and I may work with photoshop to darken them and strengthen the quality.

A little note about Lilin, that the book claims : twisted child of Adam and Lilith "(his wife before Eve)". It's quite terrifying when in color >_<

Wooooooooah, very very nice work. The first one is wicked awesome. The second is really cool, but creepy at the same time.

Ahh thanks! You should see me over here, I'm all giggly. My first time doing this, I'm like ecstatic over it. I'm silly. There will be more to come hopefully soon. I have a full portfolio of drawings, but that's back when I totally stunk. So I'm working on some more

Those are awesome! I don't know much about art, but you definitely have a awesome imagination. I could never drawn something that amazing. Your drawing skills are awesome!

Very impressive. I do find the latter disturbing, but the first is very beautiful. Both are extremely well done.

Hahah no one likes the Lilin. I didn't make it up, people!! It's in an art book FULL of that kind of stuff! I like it, but I'm no where near emo or dark or anything. I just drew a copy

EDIT: Ok people tell me what color I should make the feathers and everything else on her. If the coloring is choppy or bad, it's because quite frankly.. I am terrible with color shading on digital terms : / Help me out people!



Plus I'm like.. in some pretty intense pain right now Not feeling too good..

Amazing work IQ, loving the details as well as the atmosphere created in each pic! Two thumbs up

As for the feathers, since the woman looks quite tribal, you could a base colour with streaks of others coming through. I have no clue why but I could imagine it being a deep green or deep red with some form of other colour streaking through... Experiment with it as see what you think feels best!!

Overall, excellent work!!

I think there both really great though the second one is a bit odd XD. Either way I like them both you did a really good job on them cant wait till you finish coloring the Voodoo.

Yeah I've been getting that, as you can see. No one seems to like the dark creatures of the shadows but hey, art is art, and I think it is fascinating.

Ok here's the feather colors. I took the deep red idea

The coloring is extremely choppy and amature, but keep in mind this is my first time with a tablet in photoshop. I'll be cleaning it up and adding a background eventually. Tell me what you guys think

I like it but, it kind of hides the staff from view. At the same time it still has its own natural feel when parts of her outfit blend with the background. Keep it or change it, that is your choice. Personally I like it... Are you going to color the second for me?

Um I am not keeping the clothes like that, I was just trying the color scheme, and yes I will do Lilin just for you Koru

Here's a possible ending to this picture but I'm not sure just yet. Feedback much wanted

Background goes well with the theme and the deep red was a good idea IQ!

Only thing I can say in the pic above if the little purple bit at the end of the staff. Some bizarre reason it doesn't feel the right shade to me, otherwise the pics are AMAZING!

Oh, and I loved the second one I thought both are great

Em, hmmm I'm beat right now I'll work on the color of purple a bit later. whew.
