Weapons:
Toshi's primary weapon of choice is a fishing rod and reel of a special design. The rod is made of a mixture of light and durable metals that can withstand a great deal of heat and pressure titanium, aluminum, magnesium are just a few metals that are compose its make up. Its length is approximately 2 meters. The reel which can hold of up to 30 meters of fishing line at any given interval and is comprise of the same material as the . The fishing line is made up of a combination of aluminum, brass, copper, and a variation of stainless steel.

Toshi's secondary weapons consist of 20 shuriken, 30 kunai, 10 exploding tags, 150 meters of fishing line and small dagger that he keeps inside of sheath that he wears n the side of his pants.

Clan: Artificial Clan Nisemono

A clan of artificially created and/or genetically altered humans that have been made through advancing science, advancing medical ninjutsu, and enhanced and adapted sealing techniques. Those of the Nisemono all have characteristic tattoos branded on their faces and, in some cases, all over their body and are well known within the ninja society of Kirigakure. The non-ninja population of the ninja village and the nation it presides all see them as dangers. They are stigmatized by their tattoos and feared or hated by many. This is due to 7 incidents that have happened over and over in which one of the Nisemono went berserk and killed more than 10 people in each incident. Typically, they are created to be killing machines and, when they backfire, they can be lethal.

The fact that they are artificially created isn't the only reason that they are considered an artificial clan. Often, the Nisemono carry little to no resemblances to each other and their area of expertise are rarely similar. They hold no political power, land, and are simply weapons created for the village. The only reason they are branded as a clan is that it would be better than calling them puppets outright.

As a Nisemono his body is specifically made to exhibit, or mimic, certain abilities of others. All Nisemono have what could be called a non-elemental Kekkai Genkai, however, it is not because they inherited or developed it from any actual blood line. Their genes, their chakra network, and their very souls were all tweaked in order to present a desirable ability, talent, or potential. Most don't have long lives, with 80% living for only a few minutes off life-support, and those that do live almost always have a birth defect, genetic defect, or a biological mutation that cannot allow for any chance at a long life. Nisemono is known by another name by the population and that is as The Diseased.

Jutsu: Chakra Enhancement- He can send chakra to his limbs to improve their strength, his speed, or he could send chakra throughout his muscles to make them a little tougher. His strength isn't as extraordinary as a certain number of powerful ninja, but he can at least pick up things twice as heavy as he is and punch through a tree wider than he is.


Kekkei Genkai:

Tamashiiken

Allows the use of the soul as a weapon. A technique that may be compared to the Mind Body Switch of the Yamanaka clan, it is an ability that uses the soul as a weapon and by sending it out into the body of the target. This ability is typically used with one finger and whatever they come into contact with will be bombarded by their soul and it will devastate the targeted object as the soul thrashes and smashes inside of it. This technique can only be projected by direct contact, but it can be ejected out any part of the body and into anything that is directly touching the skin or clothes of the user. They only shoot a small piece of their soul out of their body, with a small piece of their mind, and it will run through the chakra of a target like a berserked parasite.

Some major flaws of the Tamashiiken are it's costs. It isn't like chakra in any sense. Using the Tamashiiken is like wagering your soul on a battle. With each attack you expend something that takes a lot more away than with a chakra battle. Just using the most simple of the abilities one will feel significant mental and physical trauma to the point that they themselves feel extraordinary pain throughout their body. Extraneous use will cause bleeding, internal organ damage, weakness in the muscles, loss of memory, and a massive loss of chakra and mental coordination. Worse case scenario, blood will spill from the eyes, ears and nose and, if used further still, the individual risks completely eroding their mind and turning themselves into a vegetable. It isn't like chakra either where it can be used, paused for a moment, then used again. The effects are cumulative and, though the soul does recover after a certain amount of time, simply resting will not fully make the user 100%. Hours, if not days, of focused meditation and inner peace are the only ways to fully recover it and they are long and time consuming. An individual with the Tamashiiken is a powerful, crippling weapon in combat, though they cannot go from battlefield to battlefield, especially against difficult opponents that they must use their technique multiple times on. They could easily end up the end of themselves in a war.



Tamashiiken • Tsubusu: Technique, primarily used through a finger touch, that will result in significant pain throughout the body of the one that is contacted. With one touch of their finger they shoot a small piece of their soul into the body of the target and their entire body will erupt in agony for as long as the contact is connected. This isn't pain that one can just endure either. One touch and the pain will be so significant that they will be paralyzed and drowned in it. There aren't many that can resist such a powerful technique, but those with strong souls and strong wills can completely block or nullify the technique after the initial strike. Tsubusu can be used outside of being used on individuals. Putting his finger on a solid surface and, holding it, eventually the spirit of that solid object will splinter and it will break. If he were to hold his hand on a solid sheet of metal for a few seconds time they would rupture from his soul being sent into them and being thrashed around like an unbreakable ball that was being thrown through it's body.   

Tamashiiken • Kurushimi: A technique utilizing a large amount of his own soul as a weapon. It, just like the Tsubusu, can only be used point blank and with contact of a target or surface. He can use it through his palms or through a kick. He releases a large amount of energy that will blast out and explode whatever is in contact with his body as if he sent a bomb into it. It is extremely powerful, being able to decimate metal, wood, and especially human bodies if he manages to grasp them. Opposed to the Blast Release, it focuses internally by expanding the soul that he placed into his target.   

Tamashiiken • Kagami: Those that he grasps he can send his soul energy into their bodies and manipulate their minds by placing them in strong, high level illusions. He can make them see, feel, and think a certain way as they are placed in an illusion that doesn't seem like an illusion. Those he touches may not be able to tell the difference, as it is not by using his chakra but by using his soul itself. They can't be released from by help other than if the soul is taken back or force out of the body, which would be from the loss of physical contact. The only other way out is to resist and, by using their own will, to expel the soul energy. This is no easy task, not even for those adept with illusions and reading techniques. The Kagami can send an individual to their worst nightmares or to their greatest desires and, strangely, the experiences are more surreal than illusions. As in, after one is freed they may feel as if they gained a lot more physically than if they were simply placed in an illusion. As such, if one were to be sent to a place where they were fighting non-stop they may come out of the Kagami feeling stronger physically, sore, or having less or more chakra as if they had physically experienced it.

Weapons: He doesn't carry explosive tags, smoke bombs, kunai, shuriken or any other type of ninja weapon. The only thing he has on him is a Katana which is named Tsukikari. The weapon looks ordinary, though it has a long history and is a very tough weapon. It has a dark blade, which is a dark gray, that strangely seems to only glint under the moonlight.

Bio: As a Nisemono he didn't have any parents. He had creators that put him through painful test, experiments, and testing as an infant. He wasn't shown love and wasn't given any affectionate attention. Throughout his life he was referred to as a failure in that he was created with a blood disease that would cut his newly made life short. However, instead of trashing him, he was going to be used as much as possible so that as much data on him could be gathered before his eventual, biological termination.

Despite the medical advances, his disease was never cured and the treatments were always uncomfortable. However, curing it was never the primary concern. Because, if they cured him they could mess up his ability to use his talent, thus he was left with his expiration date on his foot and made to train and expand his ninja skill. Chakra control was what he was forced to endure since birth, as it was thought to be a connector with the technique that he was made to produce. However, what he brought about changed everything.

An evolution. The ninja weapon they were created was given to them with a different face. By the time he was 9 he was able to use the Tamashiken and the results were phenomenal. The side effects were a problem, however, the entire nature of the ability was something these particular scientists were new with. They were going to see a change in Ninjutsu. They started Title SGF, as the Soul-Genome-Factor, to create a method of using an energy that no chakra natured abilities could possibly block, counter, or compete with. Of course, this left the boy in an extremely difficult position. He had to develop this ability, pushing himself near death often, over and over again. His life was one giant experiment.

He progressed, though not in the speed that the others would have hoped. His progression was too slow. It was taking too long. By the time they reached the level of data that they were searching for, he would be dead. He wasn't a failure anymore. He was a useful piece of equipment and he needed to be put into practical use. As such, his attending the academy was skipped and his training was all out of a book. He was to be placed on a team simply because he needed the practical exercises and the real-world data. He wasn't on it to become a ninja or protect the nation. However, it was told to everyone that he was. He was a special case and was put on a team as an exception. He didn't pass the classes that everyone had, went through the testing that everyone had, or had the class room environment that everyone else had. He just skipped all that because those that were in charge of him had that sort of authority.

It was then when he was placed on a team that he was given a name, a false history to go by, and specific instructions on how to handle the situation. Though most will know him for a Nisemono due to the ring around his neck, he doesn't have the tattoo that just about all of them have and almost none know about the specific conditions of his mission or the intentions of the scientists that created him.

Clan: Kanra has been trained to defeat his opponents using sound alone. He is a master of stealth and practically revered as the invisible ninja. Though he's no where as close as Muu, he's pretty good with stealth.

Jutsu:

Ranton Laser Circus: The user clasps their hands together while simultaneously accessing the water and lightning elements. A small water shell of chakra will form around their clasped hands, then from the spaces inbetween the users finger will outcome electrical bursts of light that will bend towards the opponent. Once they hit they deliver an powerful explosive electrical charge of energy to the enemy or nearby area.

Ranton Raze Shell: The user generates an elongated oval sphere of water and air in their hands. The little sphere can be tossed and even allowed to bounce considerably like flubber. After a few seconds they'll explode releasing an upwards funnel of water and air all at once. Kunai's and other weaponry will find it difficult to cut through the little bundle of refined water an air.

Ranton Raze Assimilation: By stepping on a Raze Shell the user can control where the bursts of water and air explode allowing them to move quickly. This is a form of highspeed movement said to be as quick as 'A' raiton armor.

Ranton Bouncing Betty: A variation on the Raze Shell, but instead the user also utilizes the lightning element in forming the elongated oval sphere. The sphere won't bounce as much this time rather as lightning does it strives to reach the air. When something gets close to it the sphere will pop up off the ground about five feet and explode. When it explodes they release a series of eletrical bursts of light in all directions.

Rapid Release Water Dragon Jutsu: Utilizing an entirely new style of jutsu instead of converting chakra into the required element the user will simply pull together the elements from the environment. Thus allowing the user to spontaneously form a water dragon without needing sixteen seals.

Rapid Release Water Eel Jutsu: Utilizing the rapid release the user will pull together water and moisture in the air, along with creating an atmospheric discharge to create an electrically charged eel as though spontaneously.

The user creates several flaming orbs that resemble small suns. These orbs rotate around the user and can be freely controlled to attack enemies. When an orb touches an opponent, it apparently evaporates all the water inside their body, leaving them in a mummified state. When this happens, steam can be seen emitting from the opponent's body.

Kekkei Genkai:
Scorch Release is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse. It is unknown what elements this nature entails. [My note: I will use such as a combination of both Fire and Wind natures which explains why said techniques are extremely hot.]

Amano was a well known kid threw-out Sunagakure, primarily due to his parent's ever-growing reputation. He was expected to be so much when he was born. He stuck out like a sore thumb, being the first black baby born to the mother of a sand ninja. He was always considered talented in just about any class he took although they also said he wasn't devoted. Amano always complained that he felt as though he was being followed. His parents felt it too. Someone was following them. What reason his parents couldn't dare to find out. Although powerful their stalker had never once revealed himself, only his intent. Amano's mother was gifted. Someone wanted that gift. When his mother disappeared Amano was sent away to live with his grandparents with a promise that his father would find and kill his mother's kidnapper. He although having graduated has been without a Sensei for about a year and so have become devoted to strengthening his body and senses in the same way Takezo Kensei has. His idol.

Barrier Formation: Embrace: The use of a single Barrier Seal is required. By placing a barrier seal upon an object, and activating it with the application of Chakra, once is capable of placing a Barrier, only six feet in diameter, around the target, be it the user themselves, or someone/something else. The barrier will restrict movement, but also protects again outside involvement. Though the barrier is fairly strong against physical attacks, it is not as sturdy to elemental-based chakra attacks.

Barrier Formation: Hurricane Thunderclap: After erecting the Barrier Formation: Embrace, this Jutsu becomes useable with the addition of another Barrier Seal. With the use of a few simple handseals, one is able to collapse the barrier upon whoever or whatever is inside, causing an implosion that is capable of splintering wood, and breaking bone.

Barrier: Canopy Method Formation

Kekkei Genkai: Sokkenai Hinote (Cold Fire): The strange and unique technique derived by the Utsuro Clan. The flames produced are a product of pulling from the void, finding the emptiness in space, and taking what is born from nothingness. It is the essence of death; the flames of Hell that can even burn demons. Of course, that is just rumors produced over centuries; legends created about the unknown source of energy that both burns and freezes. Cold Fire is neither fire, nor is it ice, but something wholly its own, though it is mainly seen as a special Chakra birthed through the Clan's unknown heritage. Contact with this Chakra leaves strange wounds, blistering as if burned, and at the same time, frostbite forms around the edges. The pain is a combination of both, strangely reminiscent of a swarm of Wasp stings. Fueled from within, Cold Fire does not require oxygen to survive. Otherwise, it reacts the same as both fire and ice, meaning flammable objects will still catch fire, and liquids will still freeze with adequate time. It should be noted that in normal conditions, the owner of the flames will not be burned by them, though anything else will be.

Kami is quite skilled with the creation of Cold Fire, but controlling it afterwards becomes very hard for the young girl. In many cases, she loses control of the flames, which makes her weary of using it. Loss of control puts even the user at risk, as the cold flames will harm them, as well as anyone else. She will commonly only pull small amounts, focusing only on her hands. It is there that she has most control over it. Unfortunately, this strategy severely dampens the use, restricting it to physical touch, but it is much safer, and less of a strain, for her.

Burning Frost: A technique invent for the young users of Cold Fire. By introducing their own Chakra to the flames, one is able to take control of them easier than normal. Basically, this technique's purpose is to allow a person to take control of the flames, using a varying amount of their own Chakra in order to calm the inferno. Kami isn't very capable with this, though she has shown bursts of ability, allowing her to use the Cold Fire like it was intended; to be a pure energy that is molded by its owner into whatever form is desired, be it streams, balls, rings, boxes, etc. This is extremely draining on the user's Chakra, and the control over the flames will only exist as long as Chakra is fed into it.

Bio isn't super necessary, just don't hint that she nor any relatives or anyone she knows fought;akatasuki, kages, godly ninja, or killed any of the above types of ninja. So long as she had a pretty normal life whether it be prestigious, normal, genius whatever. Basically no bullcrap in the rp because you didn't do a bio, you can't say oh she practiced this a bajillion times and her strength is uber, or her accuracy.

Spiral Force: A technique that releases a spiral blast of chakra that will deflect whatever it hits with a spinning motion. For example if someone were to touch it there hand would be blasted back while spinning in a counterclockwise or clockwise direction, breaking it of course. This technique can also be formed into a needle of chakra that forms anywhere on his body and will spin after stabbing something. Mugen can use a similar principal to push themselves off of any surface to get a burst of speed. It only works on physical objects, however. This technique requires no hand signs.

Remote Control: In principal it is the ability to manipulate his chakra after it has left his body. This technique can be used for several other techniques, but none that he knows of yet. Currently he can only use this technique to move kunai with strong elastic wire attached to the end of them in a manner similar to that of puppetry.

Kekkei Genkai: Pure Chakra
Rather than call this ability a bloodline limit it is more like a mutation, that is to say that nobody before him has been known to possess this ability. Its most basic understanding could be called having absolute control over the chakra within and without of one's body. This is done by a more complicated series of explanation on how his body produces Chakra and transmits it throughout his body. Rather than having conventional chakra channels it would be better to say that his whole body allows for chakra to permeate throughout it, and the sheer amount of chakra he produces is at a much higher level. The chakra he produces is also different from most chakra in that it lacks any trace of any element, thus its name, and reacts to his will much easier than most chakra.

Scarily enough the implications of having a high level of chakra control are true, he can potentially master techniques far faster than most as long as he understands the basic concepts, and doesn't need to perform hand seals to do them. Better he can actually improve on them due to his high level of control and, eventually, utilize the chakra to strengthen his body. In theory he could even mimic bloodline limits after understanding the concept behind them, but fortunately there is a huge limit to his progress. That is the fact that his chakra is without element, pure and clean. This means he is not only unable to copy or use elemental based chakra but he is unable to copy bloodline limits. So while techniques requiring neutral chakra, like the rasengan, are child's play to him (he literally recreated the rasengan while playing around as a child, in like two minutes of messing around) he can't utilize even the most simplistic of elemental based chakra.

This might be related but he is also incredibly smart for a ten year old, or for a full grown person even.

Weapons: A lot of kunais with strings similar to puppetry strings attached to them. He also wears a green coat that is heavily armored and capable of withstanding strong blows.

Bio: Born in a small village somewhere he doesn't remember. As a child he quickly began to notice his strange ability and differences. Developing quickly he was able to hold normal conversations with adults by the age of four, and control his chakra more proficiently than most ninja. While playing around one day he accidentally mastered the rasengan despite having no actual knowledge of the technique. Naturally the people of this small village hated those who possessed bloodline limits after all the wars and killings, so he was ostracized and eventually retaliated severely hurting a fellow child. After that he was run out of town.

Despite his young age he was quite intelligent, eerily so, and could manipulate chakra better than jounnin class ninja. He quickly became aware of the differences between himself and others, and as he wondered through the world he started to resent humanity. Humans were cruel, evil beings who shunned what they couldn't grasp, so he started to hate humans in general. Wandering from one town to the next and treating everyone with malice while flaunting his power he made no friends. This was how he spent his life from the ages of 6 to 9.

Eventually he was drafted into Akatsuki and has been going along with them because he respects their power and respective views. Since they are all powerhouses and monsters he feels a certain affinity towards them, and thus assists them. However he despises normal humans and idealist because he feels that they are hypocrites who preach about justice but never follow through in a significant way.

The Nekomata clan are ninja who have been around for decades and aid in protecting the crescent island from intruders and invaders. The clan is made up of several different blood limits and varying levels of power determined by age rather than strength. Meaning the older you are the higher your rank, however the highest rank a child can obtain is determined by maturity.

Kenchi fights using Iaido, Kendo and Aikido to effectively kill his opponents essentially by continuously batting people with his bokken.

Bokken Breaker: The user flows earth natured chakra threw a piece of wood to harden it to the extent that it can break even enhanced metal objects however remains like wood to that of a person's skin. When enhanced the bokken is extremely succeptible to being shattered by lightning based technique while still being vulnerable to fire based techniques.

Bokken Oversoul: The user flows starved physical energy threw a weapon to absorb the mental energy of whatever it comes in contact with this essentially cannot be used at the same times as Bokken Breaker as a result. Absorbed mental energy is supplied to the user so it isn't possible for the very technique to absorb the very energy it is made of. Because mental energy keeps the soul attached to one's body as well as keeps the brain capable of working, this jutsu effectively kills its opponents if said person is struck too many times despite actual physical damage. Thus severing the bond that keeps the soul connected to the body and leaving the body brain dead. This process is irreversible however because one can recover mental energy by simply sleeping then unless all of one's mental energy is depleted then aside from having less chakra than normal then they are simply mentally drained.

The ability to see chakra. This ability also allows him to see all manifestations of chakra even if invisible to the naked eye. This also allows one to easily see what type of jutsu the enemy is performing and by using such information they can easily prepare a counter. The wielder of this dojutsu can also see the chakra hidden away within a person whether it is in effect or not allowing one to easily find people in pitch black.

Bio:
As a child Kenchi was emotionally trained by his eldest clan members to become an elite member of his clan but failed after he showed mercy to his opponent for being in the guise of his father. Kenchi became an errand boy up until he was able to enroll into his resepctive village's Ninja Academy. With the academy occupied with many of his higher clan's mates Kenchi was not special and was the target of bullying for his lower rank. He didn't stick out amongst the rest and fit perfectly since he was just the same as the mass, even with perfect grades and above average good behavior. Upon graduating to the rank of Genin Kenchi became special. He was given some of the best teammates of all, the most popular girl in the Academy as well as the strongest guy in the Academy.

Soon it became clear that Kenchi wasn't really needed upon the team although his sensei took interest in him since he seemed to be holding the team back. Under her guidance Kenchi showed that he was capable of doing something other than cleaning up after his teammates. Something changed when the exams came around, the rules were simple, survive and within the exams most ninja that signed up perished. His nekomata clan members had murdered everyone in the forest except for their own, Kenchi was said to have survived only due to this. Each and everyone of them became Chuunin and the public was appalled and grew hostile towards the Nekomata clan for raising such murders but they were satisfied.

The nekomata disbanded from the village and took all their ninja with them as Getsugakure no longer tolerated their presence. A century of peace disappeared just like that and Getsugakure knew that the Nekomata retaliating was only a matter of time. Like hounds they sent their anbu after the Nekomata only for them to return in caskets. Peace no longer an option the Nekomata attacked and Kenchi claimed the life of his sensei in the heat of battle. Everything changed affter that. The Nekomata obtained control over Getsugakure and their resources. Kenshi drowned in guilt began to act strangley and began to detest his clan yet now everyone celebrated. The eldest members having taken him under their wing once more for his lack of mercy when killing his very own teacher they realized their was a inner darkness hidden away from him that would one day become a terror to the world unless it was dealt with while he was young.

What was done was done, that's what they told him and so his mission was to release his darkness, so he did. Using his ability he slayed his elder clan members in their sleep. Everyone else had to be awake. No one suspected him cause he was of a lower rank and so began annihilating his clan. It didn't stop there however, unable to tell the difference between his clan members and those who forcefully swore allegiance to the clan he decided to wipe out everyone on the island. After the massacre and people went into hiding Kenchi called it quits, but there was no longer any reason for him to remain on the cresent island. By killing off his clan he had finally become special, more special than even his Sensei could imagine.

With his clan gone as well as his respective village Kenchi was lefft with his feelings, feeling that ate him up on the inside. They hurt more than any of the wounds he had inflicted with his bokken. After no word from Getsugakure for more than a month ninja were sent to investigate but being of the Nekomata clan Kenchi's initial programming came into effect and he killed all of the scouts. Kenchi of The Cresent Moon. His name grew famous as well as his acts towards his clans became exaggerated to the outside world. According to what he heard, Kenchi Nekomata consumed the lives of everyone on the island out of sheer boredom and that all of his victims had wounds that didn't explain exactly how they died.

In fact had his corpse been recovered then they would have had no leads to go upon but Getsugakure kept records of everyone whom had entered the exams. Even now anyone who disappears near the island is thought to be killed by none other by Kenchi of The Crescent Moon.

Empty the Mind: A state of self trance where the natural body healing is greatly increased. How this is done without chakra is a confusion leaving many to wonder if Kiru even has a human body. This can not do something as ridiculous as mending an arm that has been cut off on the spot but it will allow her to recover from smaller wounds and poisons and keep fighting and be able to recover from wounds that should leave a ninja crippled for life if she is given enough time to rest.

Empty the Heart: A direct barrier-piercing style of move. It is her truest taijutsu, using all the power in her body and putting it behind one thrust with the focal point on the tip or her weapon or fingers. It can penetrate most barriers of physical nature while her bloodline can handle those of chakra. As the name indicates it is almost exclusively aimed at the heart - it is an assassination move meant to kill swiftly and silently in one unexpected blow. It loses a great deal of it's power if the first blow does not kill but is still a dangerous attack.

Empty the Vessel: A restriction style taijutsu. With her sense of others chakra and the human body itself she is incredibly capable of striking weak points in the body. This restriction technique specifically uses feints so fast she appears to be going for vital locations such as the throat or heart while truly making almost imperceptible blows at points on the arms and/or legs which render them useless for a short time. It is most commonly used if Empty the Heart fails so she can either get away or set up a sure kill.

Heavenly Gates: Even without a true flow of chakra Kiru has access to the ultimate taijutsu art of the Eight Gates. The effect is drastically diminished on her than it is on someone who has the ability to open true chakra points. It is still a skill to be feared based on how much it can improve the already skilled ninjas abilities. Kiru herself is able to open up to the sixth gate, not having the ability to reach the seventh or eight yet - it may be impossible for her unique body.

Kekkei Genkai: Emptiness of the Soul

It is next to impossible to tell due to the complete lack of information on Kiru's clan origins if this is actually a bloodline ability or simply a freakish capability somehow endowed upon her but it was given this classification as it was the closest to home. Kiru is an empty vessel - her body somehow lacking completely in chakra. How she is still able to even live or move without it is unknown but somehow she is still able to act like a proper human in all ways in spite of this. Because of this lack of chakra she is completely incapable of using any jutsus that rely on the elements or even basic ninjutsu or genjutsu - even most nintaijutsu is impossible for her. This is the downside.

The up side? She has absolutely no chakra sense - it is impossible to sense her movements or location via her chakra. Her body is also simply incapable of accepting chakra - anything made purely of chakra will simply slide around her body, not coming in contact with it. A chidori would simply be a open-palm punch, a katon a hot breeze. This does nothing for things which are CAUSED by chakra - if one is to open the ground under her or to cut a tree down then the cause is the physical, her emptiness does nothing to prevent this. Any direct application of chakra fails to take hold or have effect on her though to the void her body possesses. Her vessel yearns for what it does not have, making her especially receptive to chakra herself. While she is not of the level of the best sensors she is a quite high grade one and is able to track a specific chakra quite well.

Weapons:
Amazakure: Her primary weapon, a short sword somewhere between a wakizashi and a katana. It bears no special features to it beyond the fact it is, in theory, completely unbreakable and never dulls. The sword no matter what it has been through has not needed sharpening and has been put through some of the worst treatment imaginable. It may break, someday, but for now it seems it truly is indestructible.

Michu: Not truly a weapon, it is a small black sparrow that seems to always be around Kiru. The bird is amazingly intelligent, being well capable of understanding human speech enough to follow Kiru's orders. It can not truly spy as it has no way to speak back in words but it can respond to direct questions in a fashion by nodding or shaking its head. In this way it can still be a valuable spy tool. It seems it is possibly immortal in a fashion as many swear they have seen the bird felled only to be back on her shoulder again later!

Arisu: A completely in no way special kusarigama. Why on earth did Kiru give it a name if there is nothing special about it? Who knows, the girl really is a bit strange. Her main assassination tool for when she doesn't wish to get close to her target.

Bio:
There is nothing of childhood for Kiru. Truly it is as if the girl was in a muddy dream all of her youth and only really began to live when she was well in to her teens. If forced to the point she will confess a fair certainty that she never knew her parents. Perhaps they died, perhaps she was an unwanted child - she does not know or really care. She was taken care of in some sort of an orphanage but when her unique lack of chakra was discovered she was swiftly taken away by the special ops of Amegakure where she was raised through most of her youth and trained to be a member of the most important group in the Village of Rain.

An assassin.

She was never a genin. She was never a chounin. She has never had the bliss of taking such tests or receiving such praise or happiness as to be expected of becoming stronger. Strength for her was measured in her capability to live. As she grew older and more capable she was given more and more important missions. The girl was not just a tool - she had her own feelings, her own sense of life - but she did not know any way to exist other than to kill others.

Outside of her missions no one would ever suspect the fairly soft spoken, so kind girl was a killer. Kiru loved her home village and all the people in it despite how insecure and warlike the leaders were. She sensed the time of change coming, being a child of the wars and understanding well what the original Akatsuki meant to the village. Her duties would not allow her to vocally be on the side of those who were a part of it but a small part of her hoped they would be able to change the village.

Of course, all of that was for not.

It was a crushing blow to Kiru's faith in the village she loved, or more accurately to those that she worked for, when Akatsuki was assassinated as it was. While even she was not privy to the specifics most in the darker side of Amegakure knew what had happened in general and how Akatsuki had been tricked and killed off. She could no longer find it in her to serve such people and shortly after the death of Akatsuki she fled the village - a new missing-nin.

While Hanzo met his end shortly after the deceleration of her status due to the great effort that has been taken by the current rulers of Amegakure to keep the outside unaware of their turmoil this classification has not been rescinded and Kiru is still considered a missing-nin for the secrets she knows - particularly in regards to who has been assassinated in whose name by the hidden village. As she is not at all openly antagonistic, if anything seeming a quite good person, it usually takes a bit for anyone in the know to realize they have just spoken to a missing-nin and as she is fairly constantly on the move it is usually to late to apprehend her by then!

You interest me a lot, just the way you do things is awe-inspiring. Though I do have a few qualms first being. *head tilt* Journey to Chuunin is closed the only thing open is An Akatsuki Journey which will be made shortly. Also your history is out of sync with the current timeline, we are at least 100 years in the future. You mention Hanzo the salamander, and I'm pretty sure the original Akatsuki consisting of, Yahiko, Konan, etc. If you can fix that tid bit history shouldn't be much of a problem.

Third qualm being your explanation of her resistance to chakra. While chidori may be conjured from chakra, your character should still be shocked. Fireballs should once they reach your character be normal fire, water be normal water, earth normal earth. I'm sure you get where I'm going, you can say the overall affect of the elemental jutsu won't work but the elemental sides will still work. Moves like the rasengan, jyuuken, mind body switch will have absolutely no effect.

Fourth is the sensing, I don't understand how she's sensing. Though this is what I'm thinking. Its an old school method applied in the real world, a person sticks some kind of stick into the ground and it vibrates towards water. I forget what this method is called but its oldschool for locating sources of water. Seeing as her body is void of chakra I'm thinking this is how she can pick up on someone close by. Though I'd imagine she would be jittery in crowded places, or around a bunch of people.

Feel free to correct me in any of the above. You don't have to be an akatsuki member if you don't want to. But you will be dealing with akatsuki members as the other two rp's are closed to newcomers.

It may be a bit presumptuous of me, but I think I see where she is coming from. Consider the nature of fire and lightning techniques in that although they do contain the property of their respective element they are still composed of chakra, thus one might -should- consider them chakra with the properties of fire/lightning rather than fire/lightning produced via chakra.

Examples might be that Deidara's bombs can be nullified via Sasuke's lightning techniques, or Ameratsu, which is a fire technique that transcends natural fire. Well these were just off the top of my head, but if you consider that one isn't affected by their own technique -regardless of whether you created it or not if you hold a fistful of pure electricity or breath searing flames bad things are going to happen to you- you would generally consider this as an immunity to one's own chakra, therefore her chakra rejection might be considered something like that, since she rejects the chakra itself.

Chaka is is to summon and create real elements. It isn't chakra fire and chakra water. Water techniques are mass of water and they carry all the properties of water. Wouldn't make sense to nullify one of Kisame's tidal waves with chakra nullificatiion. Going on that Deidara example, the resulting explosions can't be stopped by Sasuke's lightning, yet they came from things made from chakra. Then are the explosions chakra too? Sure its not just energy or is it 100 percent chakra? So then if the C3 were dropped on this character, which could devestate a city, they'd be fine because they can nullify chakra? Then there lava, acid, and wind etc. If they are summoned/brought forth by chakra are they automatically completely chakra? sounds off to me.

The only way this would work is if it were elemental erasing. To completely force the element, not the chakra, and its energy/power from existence. Other wise, chakra nullification would be specific to non-elemental techniques such as raw ninjutsu, illusion techs and those special kekkai genkai. Because, looking a the wood release, they are pretty real and physical elements and not just mass projections of chakra.

If the ability is to simply reject everything or to reject all techniques that's different than simple nullification. If the ability is to make it so that no technique can touch the character then the ability makes perfect sense. As its more like a ward within rather than acting upon the external chakra. Nullifying is one thing, but being a ghost to techniques is something else entirely. Heh. Reminds me of something.

Well water, earth and wind techniques focus on manipulating preexisting elements, not creating them. This fact excludes the three, by Nayuki's own standard, from That leave lightning and fire, which create a source of energy that can be used in ways that transcend or function outside of the natural bounds of that energy. Example, Chidori -since it was referenced. Normally electricity would flow downward towards the ground in an attempt to complete the circuit, however upon covering something with 'lightning' chakra they are able to create a blade of 'electricity' that acts in ways not natural to electricity itself. If one were merely creating electricity using chakra as a generator then it would be and act as just that with no variant.

I can kind of see where you are going with how this technique would play out in terms of an rp but Nayuki isn't using nullification -that is one of Sage's characters- but rather stating that since fire and lightning chakra don't manipulate a physical aspect -water, wind, or earth- and that their pure chakra based forms wouldn't harm her character because she is immune to chakra based attacks. Anyways the distinction between physical elements, which is done by manipulating them, and 'generated' elements, which is done by creating a new energy source, is something that has already been answered. That is why her character is immune to fire and lightning techniques but not water, wind or earth, since her body repels the chakra itself.

Flower Techniques: A rare clan ability that has a person act as a host to several 'parasitic' plants that constantly feed off their chakra. Upon learning how to control the chakra of the plants themselves they can use it to control the plants, even remotely. This can be used to grow vines of plants out of one's own bodies or produce seeds which can be fired out and used to start up new plants.

Flower Technique Black Growth: It allows for the acceleration of certain plant species growth cycle by absorbing nearby chakra and life energy from its respective surroundings. Generally it kills plants other than the parasitic ones under the control of the user rapidly, as well as weakening -and eventually killing- animals and humans nearby, while greatly increasing the growth of the selected plant(s). This technique works most effectively in thriving areas such as forest, while its ineffective in dry or arid areas like deserts.

Flower Technique Scarlet Wind: A technique that utilizes a specialized plant vine that can absorb massive amounts of chakra before budding and sprouting crimson flowers. Upon absorption of enough chakra the flowers will explode with extraordinary force, spreading the seeds around. The seeds and roots are comparable to steel and the plant is able to sprout in almost any environment, even able to gain hold in solid rock, though long term survival is another thing. Interestingly enough if the plant reaches a certain temperature after the flowers have sprouted then it will also explode, making fire techniques counter productive against them.

Flower Technique Azure Death: Another technique that utilizes a specialized plant vine that can absorb decent amounts of chakra before budding and sprouting blue flowers. As this plant buds it releases a powerful misty blue aromatic gas that has a few possible effects depending on the dose. In small doses this gas acts as a truth serum or hallucinogenic, as more chakra is absorbed or a person breaths in for longer periods of time the gas becomes potent enough to knock a person out. If a large amount of chakra is absorbed, or if a person is left in a lower concentration area with no ventilation, the gas can easily be seen as poison capable of killing large amounts of people. The seeds are similar to those of the Scarlet Wind.

Flower Technique Golden Primrose: A slender thin vine that uses a burst of chakra to shoot the seeds of plants produced by either it or other plants in the host's body. They are fired through a funnel like flower outwards. Depending on the pressure and magnitude of the chakra and the number of seeds it can fire in a variety of ways. Firing a single seed a long distance with great force like a rifle or blasting out a lot of seeds at once in a short distance like shotgun are the two main ways to do it. Since they themselves can grow around corners and objects they can even shoot from multiple angels. Their seeds are hard, but not quite as hard as the others.

Flower Technique White Camellia: Probably the most amazing plant in existence, definitely the most extraordinary in the Tsubaki clan's inventory, is the cherished and secret white camellia. Like the others it is a parasitic plant by nature that is constantly draining the users chakra, thus preventing them from using many techniques other than the flower techniques, which use external chakra. The plant itself is a large black pod with a thick shell that is almost as hard as steel that covers the plant's core as well as the user's heart. Its porous shell can absorb shock and resist flames, making it difficult to actually destroy.

This plant finds its way to the heart and starts draining the resources of its host, most notably the chakra, while slowly spreading its way around the users body. Eventually it will grow large enough that the chakra needed will kill the host, and after about living in the host for a week removing it and saving the host becomes impossible. In return it can memorize not only the hosts cellular structure, but tissue structure to the point of being able to replicate and repair the brain up until the point of damage. In short while its living in the host it can always bring the host to full health in a relatively short amount of time, even if the host would normally die without any hope of being saved. If, however, it dies then the host will too.

If there was a weakness it would be that alcohol and other such toxins aren't digested well by the flower, and there is a special flower known, as the black camellia, which is harmless to most people but is deadly in any form to those who possess the white camellia. Naturally stabbing the flower itself, though difficult, would also manage to kill the host. The hosts themselves live about half the lifespan of a normal person, dying at around thirty five to forty usually.

Bio: A relatively strange child born to an extremely strange clan. It is custom, in the Tsubaki Clan, for a heir of the main family to be implanted with the white camellia and several other parasitic plants at the age of ten, and to be looked after by the side families while they study the secret techniques of the main family recorded in several scrolls. Due to their young age they are to be married by the age of fifteen, usually in an arranged marriage, and expected to have their first children soon after. This was the life that awaited Azikiri.

Finding such a life unappealing Azikiri's widowed mother fled with Azikiri. For two weeks the two ran while being hunted, but were eventually cornered and forced to return. Resisting, Azikiri's mother died. Using the secret techniques Azikiri fled after that and has been on the years for some time. Currently the Tsubaki clan consists of Azikiri's three younger siblings (two brothers and a sister), two uncles and an aunt, five cousins and her grandmother, most of whom are frantically trying to hunt Azikiri down so that they or their children aren't forced to inherent the secret techniques. Naturally he is also a missing nin at this point so the anbu are also chasing him down.

Azikiri had heard about Akatsuki and thought they might be a useful group to join, since now it was impossible to join any ninja villages and Azikiri didn't like the sound anyways. Upon scoping them out though the young rogue was set on fire and nearly killed. Luckily someone ate the flames consuming Azikiri's body before the white camellia could be harmed and soon the flower set in, healing Azikiri to full health. Hearing that they were supposed to kill the bijuu Azikiri has decided to take it down in order to buff up his resume.
