Whelp I am new to this forums and many chuunin exam rp's serve as breakers if you will. Like a conversation breaker, to get to know the other members on the site. This is a fairly simple rp, you create a preteen character that has graduated the academy and are about to be assigned on their first team. Each team breaks apart and goes on their own separate journey to the chuunin exams.

The characters will meet up here and there between mission to keep things mixed up. To give this one a general plot the underlying meaning to this years chuunin exam is to chose the next Nine Tails Jinchuuriki. No one knows this yet but this is the main theme that will be going on in the background.

There are two positions you can create a character for, either a Jounin or a Genin. You can create one of either but no more than that. Your Genin can't be on the same team as your Jounin to keep things diversified. No one usually makes Jounin so I usually take those roles, but again this is a new site so lets see how things go.

• Mind Body Switch Technique: Technique unique to the Yamanaka clan that sends the user's mind out into the body of an unsuspecting target and allows full control over their body if they are hit by the technique. An inflicted target becomes the specific body of the target and the caster of the technique can manipulate their body how they decide. Some draw backs are the casting limits/distance, that their true bodies fall limp without a mind and that the effect can be resisted by a strong will.
• Preemptive Eruption Technique: Technique utilizing explosive tags and kunai. It controls the timing of the explosions as well as amplifying the explosions to be larger.
• Hawk Rain: Throws a mess of tagged kunai in the air that explode and throw burning hot shrapnel downwards towards the opponent. Despite the unfocused nature of the attack, the user can somewhat control the projection and the timing of the explosion by means of the Preemptive Eruption Technique.
• Hawk Blaze Catch Trap: Special technique utilizing the Preemptive Eruption Technique, ninja wire, kunai, tags, and the fire element. It can be used to erupt the wire, creating a web of flames along it, or to control the trajectory of a weapon in order to perform a secondary sneak attack and it could even be used to ensnare a target and set them on fire.

Bio: Being born in the Yamanaka clan pretty much promised that, with her skill, she would be either a doctor, floralist or a ninja. Not liking the first two, she had always dreamed about becoming a ninja. A ninja like Inoichi of the past who commanded great authority and was a tremendous aid during the 4th Ninja War. To be a ninja of that calibur would require that she sharpened her skills as much as she could.

Inaka Yamanaka, adored by her mother for her rhyming name, was raised strictly by her father. The moment she showed interest in ninjutsu at the age of 6 he constantly showed her that it wasn't any game. He would give her a nice strike, to which she'd cry too, or force her to study for hours. Never would he allow her mother to baby her, but her mother always found some way to comfort her only child. She would sneak Inaka snacks, games, and even abduct her to take her to the park for a day or to go shopping with her. Her mother was incredibly laid back, but her father was always disappointed when they returned from their "slacking off".

Inaka showed some skill with mental projected techniques, being a more than proficient Yamanaka. Learning and discerning illusionary techniques isn't a challenge for her. However, breaking out of them has always depended on the level and complexity of the technique being performed. Inaka has forsaken the prided mind based techniques and sensory attributes of her clan that ranged from telepathy to inter-body manipulation for the more incredible taijutsu. Body to Body techniques. What other technique was there for a Yamanaka to learn than to fight with their body. Falling limp only to be protected wasn't something her father raised her to cherish. It was in that which he failed and succeeded as a teacher. Because of her current fighting style she hardly uses the Mind Body Switch or the Self Incapacitation Technique.

Clan: Curse of Letzez: A forbidden technique that Data has been cursed with like his deceased parents and the rest of his clan. The technique involves a serial of squares and circuitry designs all over the body. Irregularly their chakra flows through the tattoos instead of a normal chakra system. Data can store parts and information in the rectangular circuits on his body to maintain function. If an ally was dying he could store their vitals to keep them alive until they got to the village. This technique is primarily used for stilling the molecules in a persons body upon touch.
Jutsu:

Mystical Palm Technique: A rudimentary jutsu used by medical ninja used to heal others.

Letzez Style Taijutsu: By running chakra through the circuitry in their hand and feet they are able to bypass the human flesh and chakra to grab onto a person innards

Letzez Stitching: Using precise skills with steel wires, Data is capable of stitching a person back together with a special thread that functions like skin tissue once applied. Using this same thread he can treat others as puppets.

Kekkei Genkai: N/A
Weapons: Medicinal Box, 10 shuriken, 10 kunai, special wire.
Bio: Data is considered to be one of Konoha's spoils of war. He was orphaned during the sixth great shinobi war against the hidden rain and Sunagakure. He was taken in by the new leader of Root and raised as one of it's praised members. Though Data is suited to be in Root he requested that he be allowed to join a team.

Remote Spontaneous Combustion Technique
When using this ability Zwei's eyes temporarily glow, The user first begins by preparing traps, made simply by leaving a chakra infused hand-print on said object. By performing the tiger hand-seal Zwei remotely uses his chakra to split an atom in the place he has left a hand-print thus releasing energy in the form of an explosion, at the moment he is only capable of creating explosions of equivalent power of an exploding tag. His hand-prints glow for a split second before exploding.

Tengoku Zenmetsu
When using this ability Zwei's eyes temporarily glow. All objects vibrate at a particular frequency. The user can willingly project sound threw their hands, controlling the exact frequency they project. By hitting an object with the same frequency, the vibration strengthens until the object crumbles. An inexperienced user can easily overpower a much stronger opponent by latching onto them, thus causing sound to resonate threw out the target's body in an earthquake like manner. Rupturing cells, blood vessels and even internal organs with sustained contact.

Like all members of his clan Zwei has a fully functional brain with one side strictly acting like extra memory however it does add to the Genma Clan's psychological issues. Zwei can almost instantly memorize anything he has seen or learned in even short periods of time due to his fully functional brain. He is capable of identifying and reproducing a tone without any known reference. Which allows him to mentally save things in his head like a computer would save something to its hard drive. For instance, Zwei can remember every frequency of any given tone even if he has heard it only once. He can also see ultra-violet sections of the light spectrum in addition to being able to see in red, green and blue allowing him to see over one million different colors.

Zwei is also capable of echolocation in times where he cannot see, allowing for him to see in a Daredevil type manner when his brain cannot perceive anything as images. Thus he can actually see when he is sleep or unconscious and so his dreams are actually centered around such imagery.

Unlike many clans the Genma Clan actually originated in China and had migrated to Japan to collect the knowledge and power of a man known and proven to be able to create each of the natural elements. A man known as a living god. A man from East Asia who had obtained the title as The Sage of Six Paths after coming to Japan.

The Genma clan unlike others consist of members who are born with a psychological need to complete a task which varies among members, corresponding to their personality and their habits. This psychological need is satisfied temporarily by completing a member's particular task.

Can we compare your explosion to that of an exploding Kunai? Or is it Deidara tier explosions?

In either case accepted, and i'd like it to be exploding Kunai level. Maybe at his level this is the best he can do. Once he gets better he can leave more chakra behind creating larger explosions.

If no one else joins, then I'll just have him replace Data. He was just a fill in to get the rp started. If one more person joins then I'll fill in the character. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO JOIN!

Fang Wolf Fang
Man and beast transform into a single two-headed, gigantic animal thanks to the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf technique, and have their body spin in a violent assault against the enemy. The ultra-violent rotation creates a vacuum vortex in its surroundings, that tears the enemy apart even without touching them directly. The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision, but marking the enemy beforehand makes it possible to tail them with the sense of smell. The power is great enough to dent a Rashōmon gate. Such power is not without its drawbacks however, as it can quickly tire the user out.

Four-Legged Technique
This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal.

Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits.

When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack.
Beast Human Clone
A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. When combined with the Four Legs Technique, the user and the animal become virtually impossible to tell apart, since both act equally animalistic.

Bio: Mia lost her mother at a very young age. Her mother was killed in a fight protecting and saving Mia's life.(Her father was away on a special mission) It was a quiet and fast attack in the middle of the night. All Mia really remember were the eyes of her mothers killers. She was only five when the attack happened and her mother fed off the attackers while Mia fled out the back. When she later returned with her father they found the attack was just to get money and things of value. So from the age of 5 up she was raised by her father who was tough but loveble. She leanred to fight and defend herself like her mother would have wanted. The only thing left of her mother is a picture she carries around in a locket. The locket that her mother gave to her when she was born.
Later on at the age of 10 she was walking home and found an injured dog with a bandaged leg. SHe took it home to her dad who helped heal and shelter the dog. When it came to let the dog go it wouldnt leave Mia's side. She later named the dog Mi after her mother. Because it was as if it was her mother reincarnated looking after her. Ever sine then her and Mi werent away from eachother. THey ate and slept together and trained together.

Steel Chakra: A unique technique of the Mayazu clan that allows the user to harden their own chakra by condensing. Though technically able to be used by anyone the exact method and training behind it are kept secret. Much like the Hyuga clan's gentle fist this technique is used by firing chakra into the opponent's body, though the results are very different. This technique fires a strong 'blunt' blast to deal physical damage and blow opponent's back, and is capable of dealing much stronger blows than a punch or kick.

Steel Technique, Dexterity: A pretty straight forward technique that allows the user to hit the opponent with a blast of hardened chakra from their hands, feet, or any other point that they can emit chakra from. Since most of the Mayazu have great chakra control (including this character) they can fire this from any point on their body. This technique requires no hand seals and is proportionately as strong as the chakra put into it.

Steel Technique, Fortitude: A powerful defense in which the user coats themselves with their hardened chakra creating armor or a shield capable of deflecting most attacks. Because steel chakra is condensed chakra it requires much more energy to produce, and covering one's body with it is quite costly. As such this technique can't be used for long periods of time.
Sub Technique, Partial Fortitude: A sub technique of the Fortitude technique where a person covers one -or two- parts of their body, usually their fist or their vitals, in order to save on Chakra. It can also turn Fortitude into an offensive technique since it makes your hands as hard as steel.

Stell Technique, Forge: This technique allows the user to coat something with their chakra in order to give it a strong 'shell'. By changing the shape of the chakra one can also make a 'blade'. This technique is similar to the partial Fortitude but can be used on things other than the user's body.


Kekkei Genkai: (Before I begin I would like to point out that Naruto ruined this idea recently, but I like it so I'm hoping it will pass.)
Satori: The ability to sense both chakra and the 'feelings' behind them. Its an empathic ability that not only allows one to 'see' the shape of the chakra but the intentions that the living thing with chakra has. Though its not able to discern what people are specifically thinking a perceptive user can discern it through a person's emotions. This technique can also see Chakra that has been installed or used in other things -jutsu, mines, puppets, ect. It has a large range, though its range depends on the user, and 'sees' everything within that radius -this isn't always a good thing.

Sadly this technique has several weakness aside from its general vagueness.

The first is that once it awakens it never shuts off. Some have even gone insane from this. As such all Mayazu clan members are trained from a young age to develop a strong mental fortitude. Second is that the technique eats up space needed to process data in the brain, thus weakening the other senses. Inversely this means that by weakening one of a person's senses they can strengthen this technique. This realization spawned perhaps the most twisted ritual in the Mayazu clan. At the age of ten all members of the Mayazu clan have their eyes gouged out in order to eliminate their sight.

Weapons: A black metal cane with a sword hilt as the handle and some shuriken that someone probably shouldn't have given a blind person.

Bio: A gifted child for his clan he was born and raised like most others. In the academy was was kind to others and always helped them out. This was in part due to his early awakening as a Satori user, and his ability to read their feelings. Eventually he lost his eyes, and for a year he refused to talk to anyone. However several of his friends pestered him until he finally exploded and, after that, started to open up to everyone again. After becoming a gennin he lives with a rather positive attitude. Overall a very normal and simple life. -Meh, its not a complicated past so I kept it short.-

Appearance: He wears his headband over his eyes and has bandages underneath them. This is in part so that people will stop asking him if he is blind or something. Other than that he has messy brown hair and wears a bright pink shirt underneath a black jacket and white pants. Naturally he has no clue what color they are. He also wears a pair of black leather gloves and black boots. Saito is average height and weight for his age, and of course doesn't have an eye color. He is almost always smiling and radiates kindness. -bleh, I'm kind of lazy right now but you get the main idea of what he looks like, right?-

I feel obligated to ask but I kind of think its a rhetorical question. So I'm gonna do it anyway, here it goes. His ability to sense things I can relate it to whats his face, that one superhero dude that could make people out using vibrations. I forgot his name but he was blind too and he sees people kind of like a bat does.... it was retarded right?

Last stupid question I swear, steel is in the hardness of his chakra? Does it actually look steel and gray in appearance, if not which I'm assuming what color is his chakra? If its the normal blue(anime color) or yellow(manga color) it'd be a little misleading. A special color could be in order or mentioned, unless it was implied somewhere O_O.

Basu Mai Oboro jutsu: Tabasu creates two clones that are made entirely of steel that can shape shift at will. These clones only disappear if they are dismissed by the user or if their sturdy skin has been breached.

Kekkei Genkai: Gosu Abata: This Kekkei Genkai is very rare in the Seriyaki clan that allows the user to reconstruct matter as they see fit depending on how experienced they are.
Weapons: Tabasu wields one Wind and Fire Wheel in each hand, he also has two ball made from titanium.

Bio: Tabasu was raised in a small village on the outskirts of Kirigakure after his parents were used as hostages and then killed in the sixth ninja war. The Seriyaki clan lived in Kirigakure secretly so they wouldn't gain attention. The Seriyaki were high ranked assassin's that disappeared before the sixth ninja war due to the loss of from the previous war. Tabasu enrolled in Kirigakure's school just like any other kid.
