I'm hoping to start a roleplay in the same settings as To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, taking place in Academy City. The theme is Fantasy/Slice of Life. A group of children, between the ages of 11-15, arrive in Academy City to begin training their abilities. Together, they obtain the knowledge of their individual talents, as well as learn about the world around them.

As time passes (from a few time skips which shall be agreed upon by the group), the roleplay shall shift from Slice of Life to Fantasy Action, when one of the group learns something horrific about Academy City and decides to fight against it. The "rogue ability user" becomes the villain at this point, and others of the group will each have the opportunity to join them, fight against them, or ignore them altogether.

This is a very dumbed down version of what I wish to accomplish, so if anyone has any questions, please feel free to post them. Also, if you'd like to reserve your own place and ability, post it here and I'll update the first post. Please, a maximum of 2 characters per person.

I think level 1 is a bit too low for the max, why not make it 2? Since, level 3s are somewhat decent, level 4s are pretty good, and level 5s are extraordinary. So, level 2 would be average. x:

Gender: Male

Description: Hyperactivity is the name of the game, and Blitz redefines all of its rules. He embodies the ideal form of speed with vivid red hair flowing backwards, a lean and lanky form, and green eyes that constantly dart around to take in some new sight. Some wonder if he is even incapable of moving at a moderate pace instead of rushing through everything. Hallways, track events, homework, even greetings. About the only thing he doesn't rush is his cooking and research pertinent to it. Unfortunately his "research" consists of developing brand new mixtures, of which the description spicy would be the understatement of the century, and hoisting them on unsuspecting victims to gauge their reactions.

Though each "blitz" only lasts ten seconds, with a cooldown of a minute in between, it's enough to really put the hurt on someone if he wanted to.

Level: 2, but with how often he uses Overdrive, it'll probably progress quickly as needed by the plot.

Also, if you go to the Buy G-coins page you can see offers where you can get g-coins for free, although you don't get much from the ones where you don't pay for crap. But hey, 100 g-coins is a 100 g-coins.

Also, by the way Frosty, wouldn't doing that overdrive make your character extremely worn out afterwards? D:?

Sort of, but it's only ten seconds so the damage isn't very severe. Normally yes, but he's on track, so he chugs energy drinks like there's no tomorrow.

He does however make sure to get his full eight hours of sleep every day though, so it keeps him from breaking down. So while he is getting more fatigued just ever so slightly every time he uses it, it's in small enough increments that his body is able to get back to normal by the next day.

What are G-Coins?

It's a type of in-game currency in TinierMe. It's like Gaia, except not as retarded. It's in Beta, so it's not widely known yet.

Also, Rais... you're supposed to start between 11-15. You'll age to 20 during the course of the RP.
