This particularly applies to hard-to-find albums. Otherwise, ignoring this won't make much of a difference.
  • Mention all the alternative names of the anime series
  • Post a listing of all the track names, in both English and Japanese (and any other languages), where applicable and possible
  • Verify that the album has actually been released
  • Make a request against in a few weeks by "bumping" your request (posting a reply in the same thread) -- sometimes some of us have "spurts" of a helpful mood
