The first four episodes of Soul Eater are available for viewing on FUNimation's website. I've watched the first four and I've heard most the main characters for the anime by now.

Overall, it's not bad. I find that Maka, Soul, and Tsukbaki are well voiced. Tsubaki's English voice is my favorite so far but I enjoy Monica Rial's work in general. Shinigami-sama's voice matches quite well and is on the same tone level (to my ears) as the Japanese voice.

The only issue I have immediately is the voice of Black Star. Females voicing male characters doesn't typically bother me unless it's obviously a woman's voice. For the first scene of the Black Star prologue it sounds like Tsubaki is talking to herself. Once he gets into battle he does sound a bit more accurate and the "yahoo!" he constantly shouts is pretty close to perfect.

So far I plan to buy the series and watch it in English from time to time so it's not a bust. But in the meantime I'd like for you all to go check out the episodes and share your opinion.

Well not to sound ubsured or anything but I'm not sure if ur trying to watch the sereis in English or not. But if you are than you can try Dub Happy , or Happy Dub.

I think it's speeled : Dub Happy.com but anyway... they have started on remaking the siereis in english. So far they have at least 4 or 5 episodes in english. If that is what your looking for than you can give it a look see! Hope i helped!!

Doubtful.. it's unlikely that they've even finished dubbing the entire thing yet. D:

I imagine they're probably currently recording up to at least ep 30. I'd give it til Winter or Spring at the latest to be finished. They usually come out in four month intervals, or at least One Piece did.
