For #1, I would change the font anti-aliasing algorithm in Photoshop to "Crisp" for the text. Otherwise, it's pretty good. |

I'm not really digging some of them but I really like the last one and the third to last one. For the last one, I think if you sharpened the render in certain areas, it would pop a little more. |

I like it! But, like you said, Grimm is a little bright. What you could try is duplicating the focal, setting the top to overlay and then pressing ctrl+u on the bottom layer to mess with the saturation/brightness. Took me a minute to notice the '6' on his shoulder too. It might look a little better towards the right, but if not a light stroke effect on the outside of it might make it stand out more.

If you made it thinner, and cut some of the right side off, I reckon it'd be pretty slick. The rest have fairly obvious blending and composition errors, but nothing too bad. http://i25.tinypic.com/2r767tw.jpg This one has a bg that just doesn't fit the stock. The attempt at blending is good, but the sig just doesn't flow properly. Also, a lot of the random pixels (especially the black) just bring it down a notch. -------------------

I think the grimm one would work if you cropped off some of the right side and positioned him a little differently. The smudging is nice though. |
