If you have time to add a small feature, I would like to see a return button. I usually browse through the forums and if I find something I want to reply to, then log on. But I always have to navigate to forum, and then whatever sub forum and thread I was looking at. It would be nice to click log in and then return to the page we were last viewing. ;-)

Other forums I've been to have Reputation points. Like, people give you rep for something yuo've said and it shows under your name. They also allow you to give bad rep aswell. Can we have that? ohmy.gif
Also, friends list please! biggrin.gif

How about being able to rank others' posts, like thumbs up/thumbs down.
Maybe even make it optional to the poster to be ranked or not with a new checkbox or something?

Just for the thought that this last post on the first page would never be seen...

There's a friends list (the address book) technically.

Post ranking != reputation. Either way, I don't see a need for it, since we don't have problematic members.

Not like youtube posts where after so many thumbs downs the comment is hidden... Just thought it'd be cool to see what other people think about your posts and other posts.

I would just LOVE to see the axis powers hetalia music on here. Such as the opening(well they're kinda closing) themes (later on it's sung by different countries and such.) as well as the character file songs.

I'd like to see a public reason of why people should come here o_o;;;.... Give something back to the general online population that just begs them to come back. OST's yeah but . . . shiz son o_o; . . . unique peoples Dx . . . be UNIQUE!

Maybe some better help here on the boards too. There's not enough personal interaction between staff cliques and the general population =/.

Elaborating might help. What would make people want to come back to KAF? The community aspect is obviously a big part of that, but other ideas, be they content driven that members can contribute to or otherwise, would help give a better sense of clarity.

That would be what the Feedback section is for. If members aren't posting or asking questions, it's hard for staff to interact.

I think there's plenty of interaction between the staff and the general population. The only people saying otherwise are the troublemakers :)

Troublemakers? (Like this impostor =O)? Who might that be? More people who have brought this up in the past then? So then maybe there really is a problem. Maybe there's not as much interaction as you think. IRC/Chat does not constitute the site activity at all. I'm just saying as an older member that I see a lack of activity. There's nothing to draw the masses in; nothing of interest anyhow.

All I'm saying is that there's no direct mediator between the two factions. You have the staff and the staff clique on one side (ie: the people who know what's going on with the inside jokes) and the general population that comes in and out on a not-so casual basis. The people who just pop in don't see something offered specifically for them besides OSTs etc. They can get that other places too. Stuff like that just doesn't cut it anymore I suppose. It's just my two cents. No more-no less smile.gif

Again; what do you propose? Instead of just saying that there isn't any activity (which there is), what ideas do you think might increase forum activity? Community projects like the KAF Magazine or anything else one might come up with (several members are working on a "Yearbook"), perhaps the revival of the scanlation group of something of that nature--what comes to mind?

See that's just it, the staff is supposed to have parts of that covered. I'm not on staff, I'm just a general population member suggesting something like that. Simply put, this is FEEDBACK =P!

So essentially you're saying that you have nothing to offer to the topic at hand. Why would the members on a board not come up with ideas as to what they want to see developed? The entire purpose behind them is to get people interested, and who better to manage or at least discuss and come up with new ideas than the people who are going to be using them?

Staff can take the forefront in maintaining said ideas if they're feasible, but nothing is stopping members from taking some initiative and presenting the board with what they'd like to see added. Hell, that's the reason for the topic.

Personally I'd like to see the KAF Mag in development. If we can get someone to manage it and figure out some articles, that'd be a fun thing to work on.

Hey I'm not the one on staff. Like I said it's feedback. It's not my job to mole out ideas, otherwise I'd be on staff. smile.gif I was on staff at one time and I suggested stuff so the continuing existing staff since then knows my ideas. It'd be redundant to repeat them. Regardless my post is relevant . . . that is all =P.

The numbers say differently, so it's not a concern.

Of course you only have the numbers so there's no otherwise saying so. To the naked eye it says different so it is a concern for someone leaving feedback. That's it o-o;;;...
