I know there are a lot of people who has seen a lot of anime shows. My goal here is to find out what was everyone's very first anime show they ever saw. I mean people love anime right??...So do I and I know we have all seen so many shows. I know every one has a show that got them started on anime. I just want to see if anyone still remembers what got them started on anime.
Anime: Shakugan No Shana: She loves to kick major but and she is not afraid to kill anyone to protect the boy she loves. It had so much feeling in it I had to see if there was more like it. Please make separate topics for anime and manga discussion in their appropriate forums. Manga discussions work best in their forum. My first Anime was this > Fav. Anime
It was my first anime its very cool plus related to my personality who lives sports too. It was a funny anime and very inspiring after watching i usually go to the court to practice because it motivates me to work hard to become a better player  |

I'm actually slowly rewatching it, only in the Japanese version. It was also my first anime. I saw it in Canada before it even aired in America. -------------------

My first anime was actually Cardcaptor Sakura, though it didn't get me into anime. I actually didn't get into anime until my junior year in high school (I was a jr back in 03), and I saw CCS back in what, '97? Shortly after watching some of CCS, I saw one episode of Sailor Moon (didn't like it) and then started watching a bit of DBZ a year later, then went into hiatus for another year until I saw Rurouni Kenshin for the first time. -------------------

Pokemon...Even now I still don't get tired of them. But I must say the more series they are starting to come out with is excellent.
Sai....I love sailormoon too, So that makes me a super YOUNGIN! Though I haven't been watching lately at all. *must start again* -------------------

The first Anime I ever saw (not knowing what anime was then) was Demon City Shinjuku. I woke up one morning and turned on Primestar (anybody remember? before dish?) It was on Sci-Fi. I was like, 'What is this!? Its beautiful!" -------------------

I'm not sure what my first anime series was. I'd like to say Dragonball (Z?), but I'm not really sure. I may have watched some anime movies (like Totoro) before that though. |

Mine was Sailor Moon, I remember taking fake jewels off my toys and sticking them on my forehead and pretending I was sailormoon. xD I think I watched that ever since it aired on Cartoon Network, that was a while ago... |

I think alot of people love Sailor Moon.
Even I used to love watching the show. But over time I feel in love with action, racing, fighting, and killing anime's and that took me off of SM. But now I still wounder if they are going to make like...a nother season of it. -------------------

I totally forgot that Sailor Moon was in middle school and that her boyfriend was graduated from high school. o___o And then I remembered the manga and how many makeout/foreplay scenes there were. I think going back to animes you watched and seeing what you missed of didn't quite understand makes you realize how messed up some things were. -------------------

My first anime could be DBZ or Inu Yasha. But I watched those with other people before I got into anime.
The first anime to get me addicted was Yu Yu Hakusho -------------------

Seriously, I have no clue what that anime was about anymore, just that it had action and pretty people I wished I was.  I heard they edited the crap out of it for airing on the US. |
