Kimi wa pet would be my favourite.
It was the first romantic series I actually followed until the end, because normally I'm not too fond of them.

Of course Fruits Basket was really good. One of my favorites.

This one actually is isn't my favorite but one of the most memorable. Marmelade Boy. I just loved the shocking "twist" it had near the end.
