Yeah, it's really good stuff. You don't need a PC to do finished works, just good know how. Try inking some of your stuff with a fountain pen, you'll be surprised how naturally it comes to you.

Oh, but I have no way of coloring it. It doesn't look "finished" in my opinion.

I don't see why you're calling them failures. They're rather well done in my opinion. You realism attempt's shading and texturing draws me in. Well done and keep practicing no matter how good you get.
