Inu-yasha GMV. It's a little dark, but it goes with the "lost" theme. when I look at that sig, I see myself smack in the middle of a jungle and the trees are making fun of me and my lost-ness. great text blending BTW IBF, how can you be lost with no hope of return, with a path right in front of your eyes? great lighting and text though. I'd like to see your stock Sempai-kun, your text KiLlZ MaH eYeZ DX *EyEz BlEeD* Kurinshin, your sig looks great but it reminds me too much of the TV show "lost" and I'm not much of a fan. I love your text though. reminds me of a sunset -------------------

IBF's GMV for me. The lighting is nice, the text, not so much. But I've always wanted to paint something that looks similar. Kurinshin, yours is my second favorite. Kind of reminds me of the Water Horse...Or just Nessie, the bottom half is a little dark though. |

My vote goes to Inu-Yasha. It just fits the theme the most. When I think of nature, I think of it as--as little human exploitation as possible. Inu-yasha's picture stock looks very nature-like (reminds me of the early mornings I would wake up to go mushroom hunting... gosh I really miss those days). IBF's sig has a path/road... looks pretty though. I can't make up what that is in the picture in Sempai's sig... Kurin's sig is my second fave... though I have no idea what he did to it aside from the text... I wish I could have seen all the original stocks for all these.... makes the judging easier and more fair. -------------------

Kurin gets my vote. Inu-Yasha's text is poorly placed in my opnion. If you look close, you can see that it doesn't blend very well. IBF's is over sharpened in certain areas and the random blurring makes it look messy. Sempai-kun's doesn't really fit the theme. Anime characters aren't really natural. Kurinshin's has an even balance of light and dark tones and the lighting pretty much seals the deal. |
