Background story:

It has been nine years since InuYasha and his friend finally defeat Naraku. Some how Miroku, Sango, and Kagome were made Hanyou's by the power a a small girl. This girl was close to InuYasha, seeing him as her bestfriend. Her name is Lyndisea, the niece of Koga. The circumstances around her birth is tragic but Naraku is her father. She has a brother who is a Hanyou named Tobae.

InuYasha and Kagome got married. Have one sone,. Tsume is 15 and Lyndisea is ten years younger than Tsume but has a crush on him. And he is just like his father not admitting he likes the girl. On her tenth birthday, Naraku makes one last attempt to get back at InuYasha by killing Kagome. Lyndisea refuses to let him do so and takes her place, saving her life. To save her life Koga and Lyndis's mother put her spirit in a soul gem. They place it on a doll and find away to send it to the furture. When Tobae finds out he follow her to the future.

The story shall begin now:

Twenty years since Tobae left to find his sister. Since then Kagome and InuYasha has had another child. His name isn Kiba and he is only six years old. Kiba has run into the forest to play. Tsume has gone looking for him but fails. He is worried. A Demon attacks Kiba and he hides behind the well...


Tammy and Mark walks around the shrine. Tammy is only twenty years old and Mark is five years older than her. He is her only friend. She is different then the other but Mark is like a brother to her. "See, This class trip to Japan isn't that bad." She just nods and looking around. Mark sighs, she really is sad today. The other kids must have been picking on her. She looks down and sighs heavily. It is time to return to me. Tammy looks around hearing this voice. Mark looks around the shrine. He is cannot here the voice.

Tammy walks away limping, her ankle is still twisted. She walks towards the hut with the well in it. Mark notices her and follows her. She stands looking into the well. Mark just looks at her for a moment. "Tammy? " She turns to him, in a daze. She faints falling into the well. Mark tries to catch her but falls in as well....

Tammy wakes up by the well. She looks around. It's night. She stands up to see Mark looking around, "You're awake. Good. " Tammy has no memory of falling into the well. They hear crying and turn to see Kiba hiding. Tammy walks to him, "Are you okay?" She can see that he's hurt.

Bio: She is naraku's daughter. For some reason that gives her two nights. On the full moon she is a Human. On the New moon she a full demon. She has never understood it herself. She has always know that her mother and Koga had planned to put her in a soul gem since the began. She allowed them to do so becuase she does not truel understand. Unkown to them she is very close to Naraku, although she despises what he does. He has never cruel to her or lied to her. She respects him for that. She does not fear him. She becomse very attached to Kiba and he becomes very attacked to her. She still has her crush on Tsume. She has created five seals to protect her from Naraku in her weakened state as Tammy. The spell will awaken her return her spirit to her real body. She has a pet neko, named Rikura. Rikura is the black and white version of Kirara.

Unlike his mother and Uncle Koga, he respects her power. They fear it.

Bio: Kurisuta's family died when she was seven. She travles around now from village to village. Kurisuta has no perament home. She also grew up in exile by most because of her race. Also she is known to be demonic due to a flute she has. The flute allows her to take human souls which she eats for more power.

"Look at his arm." She points out to Mark. Mark just looks at her for a minute. The fact that this kid is not human, does not phase her. The ears, definitely his father's ears, are a dead give away. Mark just smiles as she pull the supplies out of her messenger bag. "That might not be wise." She just looks at Mark for a moment. She first tends to Kiba arm, spraying the Bactine on it and then putting antibacterial cream on the cuts. She wraps them with bandages. She ten sees his ankle, cleaning and then wrapping it. She finishes and then looks at Mark. "What do you think happened?" Mark shrugs and then looks for sign of anyone. Tammy stands put her ankle still hurts. She winces for the pain. Mark knows falling in the well didn't help.

"Kiba!!!" They hear in the distance. "Where are you?" Tammy does not understand Japanesse but Mark does. Tammy looks at the little boy still hiding. "Kiba?" She says wondering it that is his name. Mark looks at her, "Well, I suppose you don't want to leave him here. So, what shoud we do." Before she can respond, fire barely misses her. "Tammy!!!" Mark screams as she falls. She falls beside Kiba. "More food for me." The demon says licking it's lips at the sight of them. The demonis a huge, bettle like creature. Mark just stares at it horrified. Tammy sits up and looks at Kiba. "Run." She tell him but he cannot understand her.

Kurisuta sat quietly ontop of a lake. Her flute was by her side and she wasn't hungery from her dinner last night. Last night she had feed on five human souls. They had alll been travlers. It's funny how silly mortals think we nymphs are here just to be pretty... thought Kurisuta as she looked at the water below her. She made her right ahnd go underwater and then lefted her hand. The water followed her hand out of the water; that little bit. Kurisuuta played with the water for a bit.

Kiba looked up at the girl, tears still running down his face, but he could hear the maternal tone to her voice that reminded him of his mother and could see the love in her eyes when she looked at him. He tried to pull his arm away when she sprayed something on it, crying a little more, but she wouldn't let go. He let her bandage his arm, but tried to keep her away from his ankle, and failed miserably, whining at her and struggling to get away from the spray. When she was taking care of his wounds he studied her with his bright eyes.

Hearing his name, his ears twitched and he looked in the direction of home. He knew he should have stayed close, but he'd gotten attacked by a demon and he was too scared to find his way back. He knew better by now than to try and search for the person the voice belonged to; he'd done that a couple of times and only gotten more lost, more scared, and in more trouble. He looked around and tried to think of a way to explain to his family who these people were, but he'd heard tales of the well from his mother, so he knew she'd understand what had happened to them and be able to help them.

When the demon reared it's ugly head, Kiba trembled and grabbed onto the strange girl's arm, clinging to her desperately. "Okaa-san! Otou-san! Nii-san!" he screamed, knowing that someone would come to save him. He couldn't quite stick up for himself against such a large foe yet, though he was learning from his father and older brother. "Youkai!" he shouted to whoever it was that was coming for him, too scared to listen to the voice or pick up the scent of the person that had been hollering for him.

"Okaa-san! Otou-san! Nii-san!" Tsume's ears twitched hearing the screams. He wondered if it was Kiba. "Youkai!" It is Kiba and he's scared. He runs towards the voice of his little brother. He should have kept closer watch on him, if anything should happen to him. He'd never forgive himself or hear the end of it. He runs as fast as he can, following the screams and Kiba's scent.

Tammy is shocked as Kiba grabs her arm. She just looks ant him for a moment. She justs hold him close not being able to do anything else of the scared boy. Mark sighs heavily, his memory had returned to him when they returned. He cannot do anything to reveal himself yet. Not until he sees InuYasha. He must talk with him. He sighs hoping that Tsume, Kagome, or InuYasha will hear the child's cry. The Demon looks at them for a moment. He decided to go after Tammy first, since she seems the weakest. Mark notices him and tries to think of away to stop this. The demon lunges at them and Tammy pushes Kiba away so that he does not get hurt. She is hit in the leg and it starts bleeding. "Tammy!!"

Tammy tries to get away but the Demon lunges at her again, Mark runs to help her. "Sankon Tessō!!! (Iron Reaver Soul Stealer)" Mark recgonizes his bestfriend's voice as he attacks the demon. The demon turns to him. "Ah more food." Tsume has his father's smug face, "I don't think so." Tsume fighst the demon and destroys it. It was a weak one. To strong for Kiba and the 'humans' with him. Tammy looks at her leg, at least it's the same one with the twisted ankle. Tsume walks to Kiba, looking at Tammy. Something in her eyes looks familiar. Mark runs to her and takes her supplies from her. "Silly Girl, You should have run." Tammy says nothing as he treats and bandages her leg.

"Kiba, why did you run off? Didn't I tell you to stay close?" Tsume asks, not really caring about the answers but not wanting to scare his little brother anymore than he is. He then looks at Tammy, " I saw what you did. Thanks." Mark sighs heavily, "She doesn't speak Japanesse but I will tell her what you said." Mark informs him and help her up. Tammy just looks at them confused. "Don't worry. He was thanking you for taking care of his brother." Tammy looks at him and just smiles. "It was not problem." She looks at Kiba and smiles at him sweetly. "So, do you know a villiage nearby. Somewhere I can get my sister to so she can rest." Tsume sighs heavily, "You helped us, so I think we owe you. The old man and mom will want to thank you." Mark nods and helps Tammy as they follow Tsume as he leads them all back to his home.

Kurisuta stood on the water. She dance around on it a bit while as some fish poked their heads up. She looked intoteh crystal blue water. The ake she was standing on was called Shi Taura (Death River). Though some human who seeked power came to drank out of the water the lake was home of nyhmps and other travling demons. Kurisuta always laugehd at the foolish mortals that drunk from the lake only to have power fro abotu two seconds before dieing.

Regular- In his usual state, he has black hair combed neatly, with a single white strand hanging down his face. He has a light tan and wears the outfit of a lord. He also has a pair of large wing that he usually keep folded like a cape. His kimono is made of fine silk with gold thread designs of the night sky. Ontop of that he wears a red sash and red shoulder plates. His eyes are a deep crystal blue.
Human: Like above, but his wings disappear. Happens the night of the the summer solstice, when there is less moonlight.
Full Demon: Resembles a demon bat, but smaller.
Bio: Born between a bat hanyou and a full blooded bat demon, he only has a small trace of mortal stench. He is the heir of the blood corral, which Inuyasha broke to increase the power of his sword. When he was born, during a solar elclipse, which is when he becomes full demon, the two halves melded together. Now, oit is even stronger, but will only work in his hands. He wonders the country, with his friends Samushi and Xamatsu in search of adventure.

Bio: Born to and raised by a priestess, she wasn't told that her father was a rat demon, or that he was killed by a cat demon. She was kept inside so no one would mock her because of her ears, or strange fascination with cheese. She got out one day, and was almost killed by the same cat, but her priestess training saved her. She then decided that she would make something of herself, and prove that hanyous are better than demons or humans. She is the first priestess known to combine light and dark priestess magic. She met Zri and Xamatsu while on her journeys, and they have become life long friends. She becomes mortal three days after her birthday, the anniversary of her fathers death.

Bio: After the bat demons were slain, severl snake demons moved into the cave. Xamatsu, while hunting, ran along Zri and found that he was a bat demon. Xamatsu didn't like the taste of bat, so he tried to talk with the hanyou. They instantly became friends, and after saying farewell to their folks, left on an adventure. On their journey they met Samushi. After getting over his impulse to swallow the rat hanyou, Xamatsu developed a crush on her.

Kiba was glad that the girl held him, clutching at her shirt and burying his face against her clothing. He was scared, but he could now smell his older brother getting nearer, and he knew the boy would take care of the demon. He was surprised as he was thrown away from the girl that had come through the well, rolling like a little ball away from her. He pushed himself into a sitting position, rubbing the dirt from his face, and he looked up just in time for his brother to kill the demon before them.

"Gomen, Nii-san," the little boy said softly, looking up at his brother with shimmering eyes, wiping at them quickly. He knew full well that Tsume didn't really care for an explanation, he was just scolding him. He held out his arms to his brother to be picked up, slipping his small arms around the young man's neck once he was, and he looked to the girl, smiling at her, glad for the smile he found when she looked back at him. He listened to the exchange, understanding both sets of language, but not really comprehending what the subject really was.

Mark let's Tammy sits once they reach the hut. She leans back into the wall. "Okay, I'll get Dad and Mom." He hands Kiba to Tammy. He doesn't want them to see Kiba yet. Tammy just hold the little dog hanyou in her arms saying nothing. Mark wonders why Kiba can understand them. He knows InuYasha won't be able to and he wonders if Kagome will be able to. Maybe she took a class in school and taught Kiba. He leans on the wall with his eyes closed. "There will be a full moon in a nine days." He just looks at her, if she was in her body that would be a problem but why is Tammy concerened with the full moon. Could it be that her spirit is that strong that she still changes? He can only wonder but it would explain why she disappears that night and on the new mooon. "Tammy, his name is Kiba."

She just nods for a moment and then smiles. "Kiba." She points to him. "Tammy" She points to hereself. She does it another time to make sure he understands. She is sure he is very smart, so he should understand. Tammy holds the little one close and looks up at the sky. Mark just looks at her for a moment. She seems to have some attachment to the boy already. It's sort of like her and InuYasha in a way. He sighs, hoping InuYasha will not tell the others who she is. Not until after they get Rikura, he's not so sure about Uncle Koga. He sighs, he will need his body to be able to be of any help to her. He is glad he choose to leave it in the care of his Uncle Hiroshi. The villiage is only a weeks Journey from here. He looks at Tammy, "How are you feeling. Does your leg hurt." He asks her concerned. She nods, "Yeah. But I can take the pain. It's okay." She looks into Mark's eyes, "I'm just glad Kiba didn't get seriously hurt. He should be better in a few days." Mark just chuckles, knowing the boy will be okay by tomorrow. He smiles at her, "You don't sound as sad as usual. Good."

Tsume walks in and looks for his parents. They are sitting by the fire. "Mom, Dad." He looks at them nervously. Kagome turns to him, she can see it in his eyes. "What happened Tsume?" He looks down nervously, he doesn't want them to get mad at him. "I lost sight of Kiba for a moment... and a demon attacked him." He backs up before his father can grab him. "He's fine. Just minor injuries that will heall in the morning. These people helped him. The girl even got hurt keeping him out of danger." He informs them. Kagome just walks outside to go see her son. "I told them they could rest here. I hope it's okay. I killed the demon." He says heavily.

Kagome walks to see Tammy holding Kiba. Tammy can see she is his mother. Kiba has her eyes. She expected her to look different, but she's human. She lets her take Kiba from her. Tammy sits there and just looks at her. "Thank you for taking care of him." She says holding him close and checking him for any other wounds. "She says thank you." HE informs Tammy after he sees her looking at the girl blankly. "It was nothing" Tammy responds. "No you really did help me. Sometimes Kiba can be a little to... he loses sight of who ever he's with... when he's playing... and gets lost. He needs to learn to use his nose better." Tammy just looks at her. She then looks down at the ground. "I was trying to teach her Japanesse but she only knows like a a small few words." He informs Kagome.

Tsume walks back out and looks at Tammy. Tammy just looks up at him. Her eyes looks, something is familiar about them. Mark is amused by him. He has always liked Lyndisea but never admitted it to her or himself. He sees InuYasha come out. He knows that he will recgonize Tammy and wonders if he will recgonize him. He just hopes the Hanyou will not tell them who Tammy is. He doesn't need them to know yet. Not until they get Rikura back. He should be waking up soon, he's close to Lyn.

"Get back here, filthy half breed!" screamed the monkey demon. He was chasing Samushi.
"Zri! Xamatsu! Help!" she screamed and hid behind the stronger demons. Zri stretched his wings, and held out a clear-blue gem. A powerful barrier erupted from it and surrounded him and Samushi.
"Are you ok?" asked Xamatsu. Samushi nodded.
"That mean demon stole my bow and arrow, and killed my shikikami. I'll need to conjure another one thanks to him." she said, sticking her tounge out at the demon. This enraged the monkey even more, and he lunged. Only to richochet off the barrier. Xamatsu took a step towards him.
"You might want to run." he warned. The monkey demon merely laughed.
"Travelling with pathetic rodent half breeds? I would expect more from a snake demon.
"Don't say I didn't warn you in the after life!" he lifted his hand, "Midnight Miasma!" he screamed, sending several violet waves of energy at the primate, ripping him in half. He didn' have time to scream.
"Xama-kun!!! You did it!" exclaimed Samushi, hugging the snake demon fiercely.
"He wasn't any where near my level. Now come on, lets get you another bow, and some arrows."
With that, the group walked into the next city, passing a well as the went.

Kiba didn't mind being handed over to Tammy, liking her very much. He listened to them talk, his ears flicking back and forth as each person spoke. He knew that the boy was curious about his intelligence, but he couldn't really speak well enough to explain it to them. He watched Tammy, laughing a little when she pointed at him and told him his own name, then pointed to herself and said something foreign. He tried the name a couple times, but the closest he could get in his native language was exactly what he said. "Teimi!" he squealed, grinning at her happily. He understood English, but he couldn't speak it yet.

InuYasha's ears flicked as quiet sounds reached his ears, knowing it was his son before he even smelled the boy. He tried to catch the scent of his youngest one, but he couldn't find it and brushed it of as it being that the two had spent so much time together that Tsume's scent smothered Kiba's. He looked up briefly in acknowledgement as his eldest entered, looking back to the fire, and he listened to the boy's quiet words. He launched himself to his feet when the boy said he'd lost Kiba and the child had been attacked, swiping at him in hopes to catch him in his claws and question him, but the boy knew better and stepped out of reach.

His anxiety diminished almost immediately once he was reassured that his son was alright and he calmed himself. He followed his wife out of the hut, pausing to look at Tsume. He let a small ghost of a smile twitch at his lips, the real smile shining in his eyes, and he said, "Of course. If they helped my family, they're more than welcome." He slung his arm around his older son and started walking. "So tell me about this demon you killed. Smells like a bug of some sort. How big was it?"

He stepped through the trees and bushes, following his lovely wife, knowing her mother's intuition was leading her to her baby. He stepped into the small clearing around the well and took in the scene, stepping over to the demon to examine it, and nudged at it with his foot. He looked over at the two strangers that were by the well; foreigners. His eyes sharpened as their familiarity hit him like a train, staring for a long moment. He could practically read Tobae's plead for him to keep quiet, so he just gave one of his arrogant smiles and stepped up beside Kagome, slipping an arm around her waist and glancing at Kiba to make sure he was all right. "Thank you so much for saving my boy. I was told of your bravery. Please, come stay in our home," he said, knowing Tobae would translate.

Kiba could smell his mother coming and he turned to look in the direction from which she was approaching, his ears pricked. He grinned as she finally came into sight, screeching "Okaa-san!" happily. When she reached out to pick him up, he held his arms out to her, completely alright with the exchange. He hugged his arms around her neck, nuzzling his face against her neck contently, making a soft noise that sounded almost like a purr. He lifted his head quickly, peering past her shoulder as he heard his brother and father coming, squealing a greeting to them as well. He watched his dad look over the beetle's corpse, then bounced happily in his mother's arms when InuYasha approached. He grinned at his father as the man looked at him, seeing the smile reflected in the golden eyes that met his, then he turned to look at Tammy. "Yatta~" he exclaimed.

Xamatsu let his tounge flick out, tasting the air.
"Demons. Dogs. They smell like half breeds." he hissed softly.
"Are they friends, or foes?" asked Samushi. The group looked into the distance. Suddenly, Zri's blood corral sprang to life.
"Could it be? Is that Inuyasha?" the bat pondered, leading them closer. They stopped a small distance from the group.
"Inuyasha! The one who slew the demon bats?" Xamatsu questioned.
"Yeah."
As they stood there, studying the group, they picked out several humans and dog demons.

Kurisuta lefted her flute up. She started to play a simple note and then another one. They held in the air as she dragged foolish mortals to the lake. As soon as five humans were on the lake their souls went out of their bodys. The soulds travled up teh flute and into Kurisuta's own body.

Tsume is relieved his parents are not chastising him for losing Kiba. He just follows them, not answering the old man's question. Tsume just follows them back to the others. He just watches how Kiba is happy to sse them all. He smile, wondering what he would do if something happened to his little brother. He smiles to let Kiba know everything is alright but he is just wondering. He wonders if that is how it was for Tobae, when he found out his little sister had been taken away from him. He guessed he would have done the same thing if the roles were reversed.

Mark is glad that InuYasha has decied to not reveal her yet. He will have to talk to him later, when they are alone. He translate what InuYasha says to Tammy. He notices that her soul gem flickered for a moent and her eyes were silver. It was very quick but he noticed it. He wonders what that means. Tammy just looks at them and nods. She really has nothing to say to them. They can't understand her anyway. Only the woman. She smirks, remembering what Kiba called her. It must be the closest to her name he can get. Mark looks at the others. "We would be happy to stay with you for the night."

Tammy notices Tsume looking at her, questioning her with his eyes. She wonders why but she just looks away, not acknowledging him. Tsume cannot understand why she looks so familiar. Her eyes, they are so familiar but he can't place them. He's seen that look before, the look of curiousity. He just shrugs and looks away. Tammy slowly tries to get up. Mark sighs heavily, "Your leg is still hurt, I'll carry you." She shakes her head, she will not have him carry her. Tammy looks at the others, only just now realizing they are not human. She is not scared though.

"Oh, I am Mark and this is Tammy." He says introducing themselves. There is no need, he knows who they are. InuYasha knows who he and Tammy are. He wishes to get in his body soon. He can help out better. Kagome notices the look on Tammy's face when Mark speaks Japanesse. She wonders what is wroung. Mark know what is wrong, Lyn hated puppets and dolls. It is why she was so mean to Naraku's incarnations. Being stuck in one must be hard for her, even with out her memories. She must want to break free and return to her real body. Mark understands, he wants his body back. He will figure out when they can leave for his uncle's masion. "She's fine. She's just sad. She'll probaly feels left out or not needed." He expalins to Kagome. Kagome just looks at him and then her. "We'll hlep you get to our house."

Tammy tries to get up but her leg hurts to much. She finally gets and stands on it. The pain is evident on her face. Tsume kneels before her, his back towards her. "Come on. If you won't let him carry you. I will." She just looks at him not understanding. He refuses to move, knowing she will get the hint soon., at least he hopes. Mark says notihing, hoping she will take his help. She nods and gets on his back so he can carry her. He stands holding her on his back. She's a little heavy, he didn't expect her to be. He can still carry her easily though. Mark just chuckles, she is only that heavy beacause she is made out of clay, dirt, and would. The magic used to make it flesh, is amaizing. "Okay, let's go." Tsume says. Kagome nods, holding her baby boy close and walking back to thier home.
