The Official Sig of The Week Rules.

Allowable Entries:
- Participants must only submit their own creations. Submitting “ripped” materials is an automatic disqualification.
- Entries must not contain contents and graphics deemed inappropriate to the forums.
- Signature banner entries must not exceed the dimensions and file size allowed in the forums. Entries must not exceed 102,400 bytes, and must not be bigger than 200 pixels (height) x 600 pixels (width), unless otherwise specified.
- Entries must not contain the names of participants unless otherwise specified as part of the week’s theme.



Entry Submission.
- Submit your entries by private messaging them to Usaki Ikasu, or the individual specified to be incharged of that week’s SOTW.
- Each SOTW will have deadline date. Entries must be submitted before the specified deadline.
- You may submit an entry past the deadline date if and only if a voting thread for that week’s SOTW competition has not been yet created.
- You will receive a return PM after you submitted your entry saying that your entries has been received.



Voting.
- Voting will be done in a Blind Voting manner, meaning each entry will be numbered and anonymously presented.
- Your votes must specify which signature banner you are voting for.
- Voters must include an artistic explanation to their posts. Unexplained votes will not be counted.
- Participants are allowed to vote, however, they are not allowed to vote for their own entries.

Rev. 083107:
Participants who disclose entry owners will be disqualified not only for that week's SOTW, but also he will not be allowed to partake in any SOTWs after that.



We reserve the right to modify and add on to these sets of rules. The Forum rules take precedence over these rules.
