I vote for Takkun, because the stock is more seamlessly blended in with the background (the contour, the flow, mimics those of the stock) and the interplay of colors looks nicer. -------------------

I vote takkun's. the blending is better n nice cutting/background. the character`s position is also good. but bad text n no border |
