ALL RPs MUST HAVE A SIGNIFICANT PLOT OR INTRODUCTION IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE VALID. I am also very sick and tired of all these plotless RPs. They portray how lazy the person who created the topic is. Failure to comply as of now will result in the locking of the violating topic. -------------------

Hey, Mina, another thing you could also do would be to make a completely seperate forum just for disscussing potential RPs. I dunno, might be stupid, might not. I can't decide :_:. -------------------

Very good policy, I try to get into a good plot RP, but sometimes I just have to get into random ones with no plot to try and make a plot or something. Love the waffle Pineapple!  |

I just reported TWO RPs in the "adult RP section" that do NOT follow this policy. And then I could report about 3 more... Only one has been locked in the Adult RP section until now, for being another 2-3 line plot of the "everything is possible" fashion. PLUS being CLONEs of RPs that are already there! I know the MODs don't like to delete things, but could locked RPs be deleted after a week, or two? at this rate they really spam up the RP topic lists. AND what could be done to keep members from joining such RPs. I mean I just a day ago ranted about exactly that in the "Expert RP" section and as if magically magnetic or sth - THREE other Non-Plot RPs pop up in "Adult RPs"... I get the temper tantrums! Perhaps Mina can add the title to this topic, like: A very important new rule/policy RPs MUST HAVE A SIGNIFICANT PLOT I guess, I have to cool it. And simply ignore it. The few "good" Rp'ers find themselves anyway. |

Those are very good (and important) points. When role-plays don't have plots or good introductions, it is both confusing and stressful. -------------------

and then people who are used to rps with no exact plot they don't seem to read the first post to find out what's going on and what is to be expected. |

agreed... something with large machines, or humans with unhuman powers who can inihalate whole cities in minutes... seen Full Metal Alcehmist? my fav episode must be the one where you see them destroy the ishbal race.... god i love those scenes... |
