Noir #7.. Prince Miyshkin and the old guy.. so sad..

Also.. pretty much any of the later eva episodes, and the last episode of cowboy bebop. All of bebop is pretty depressing.. but the last ones especially.

And one cannot forget the pre-series kenshin OVAs. No, one cannot. So incredibly good, yet so violent.. and so horribly depressing.

Saddest anime ep. I'd ever seen was Fushigi Yugi #33 where Nuriko dies. I hadn't cried that much since my cat died.

I don't know exactly which episode it is, but the Trigun episode where Wolfwood dies was pretty sad.

Of all the animes I've seen so far, by far the saddest episode for me was Full Metal Alchemist episode #7 ("The Night the Chimera Cries"). I couldn't believe what that guy did to his own daughter. >.<

Evangelion the Movie when Misato's gonna die... And when all the NERV people are killed... Jerk that disgust me when I see people who says "No" and they're killed anyway. Not because I find it hard to see people dying on TV but because I really liked the caracters... dry.gif

This probably isn't the saddest moment in anime, but I cried at it.
On CCS the second movie (The Sealed Card) when the card is finally sealed and the card is gonna take Syaoran's most important emotion and he says he would fall in love with her all over again. It was sooo sad because he really loved her and it was gonna be taken away!!! But luckily it all worked out. hey.gif phew

Mine would have to be the last episode of Cowboy Beebop crying.gif . I almosted cried it was so sad and I don't normally show that much emotion. You will have to ask me personally if you want to know why because I wouldn't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it.

There was two times that I got a little misty eyed that I can remember, and they were both from the first time I saw Naruto. At the end of the wave country arch when Haku and Zabuza died, and during 3rd Hokage's funeral.

the saddiest thing about anime (I know this is slightly off the subject) is that the only channel I can get it on is cartoon network and I don't have enough money to buy alot of animes myself. is there anyway I can get free anime.

I didn't really like Buu. I think he was the worst Dragonball Z bad guy ever. besides Bobity. I think having them for bad guys was the saddest think to happen to the DBZ series. And yeah, that scene with Vegeta was kind of sad.

Mine... there are so many sad episodes on all anime... the ones that made me almost cry were:
- Ep. 24 Full Metal Alchemist: That was SUCH A CRUDE WAY major Hughes was killed, and the ending... SOOOOOOOO sad crying.gif
- Ep. 25 & 26 Cowboy Bebop: "THE REAL FOLK BLUES" part 1 & 2... by far the sadest ending of all anime (at least it is 4 me)... how Annie was killed, how the crew got separated... how Julia is taken apart from Spike... really sad crying.gif
- I don't remember the episode... I dun say it was sad, but it was PRETTY emotional... the Inuyasha episode where Inuyasha and Kikyou find each other under the tree where Inuyasha was trapped... I dunno how to relate it, but I remember the name of the episode was "Onigumo no kokoro" or "Onigumo's heart"... and also the following episode, "A song from the day when we met"... PRETTY emotional both of them crying.gif
- The only time I cried when watching any series was when watching Naruto ep. 19-20 when Haku and Zabusa die... OMG!!! THAT MOMENT WAS SO EMOTIONAL I COULDN'T HELP DO ANYTHING BUT CRY!!! crying.gif
Aditionally... the sadest ever made OVA is Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuioku-hen... how could Kenshin have killed Tomoe???!!! how he talks to her while she is lying dead... crying.gif

really, kenshin is my favorite. I didn't get to see all of it though because they took the show off the air before they showed all the episodes. DAMN CARTOON NEWTWORK. And anime this the only thing they got going for them so they should give it more respect than that.

I just thought of another... I can't believe I forgot it, but I haven't watched Fruits Basket in so long... The saddest episode I've seen and by far, one of my favorites was the episode in which Momiji's (bunny) past is revealed.. T-T Episode 15.
